CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICIES

Any cancellation or modification has to be done by email.

Cancellation Conditions

All changes/cancellations must be received in writing by email to eurocorr2024@matheztravel.com

All hotels except AC HOTEL PARIS PORTE MAILLOT

No fees for any cancellation before June 4, 2024
50% of the amount paid will be retained as a penalty for any cancellation from June 4 to July 3,2024 
100% of the amount paid will be retained as a penalty for any cancellation from July 4,2024 

AC HOTEL PARIS PORTE MAILLOT :

MINIMUM STAY 3 NIGHTS FROM SEPTEMBER 2 TO 5 2024.
In case of cancellation on the minimum stay from Sept 2 to 5, NO REFUND will be applied.

100% of the amount paid will be retained as a penalty for any cancellation from May 31,2024.
 

In case of no-show, the total amount paid will not be subject to refund.
